Check with your local school Administration office (or your favorite teacher) and see what they require to be a Teacher's Aide. You might be surprised - some schools have training programs to be a Teacher's Aide. They can also suggest schools who they would accept if you need some background education. They can probably help you get registered, also. You don't want to spend a lot of time and money on correspondence courses that won't be accepted anywhere.

Yes, it's wrong and extremely disrespectful. She should report the comment to her guidance counselor or a student ombudsman, if one exists.

I think you can switch because you probably didn't finish the LPN program since you're asking this question. So you probably have some classes to get you started in journalism. Just edit your fasfa and see what happens. If you call them they are very helpful. (the fasfa help line)
