Is there a phone number that you can call? If so, call and ask if experience can make up for the college credits. If there's no phone number, then I wouldn't waste your time unless you have extra time. Most places require college credits if they place them in the advertisement (otherwise they'll also state that experience can fill in for the education).

If you're truly interested in the job, then I would go ahead and send in your resume. In your cover letter, express your interest and your desire to go back to school someday. Emphasize the experience you've had and the certifications you've obtained (if they're all still current). If they call you for an interview, bring all of the certifications with you in case they want proof. Good luck!

certifications are great but don't forget to mention things like about your personality that make you good with children. You might say that you are patient, caring, responsible, creative, outgoing, fun and reliable. These are things I would look for in a babysitter and the other certifications you have are just an added bonus to me.

I would start by saying something like

"Are you looking for a babysitter who is fun, patient, reliable and creative? Then look no further, I am an experienced babysitter with these qualities and more. I have a number of certifications including CPR and first aid, I'm fun, caring and outgoing and am looking to do childcare for a fun loving family. My rates are competitive and affordable, references available"

Go on to list the days and hours that you can babysit and rather than just listing the phone number write along the bottom of the flyer on tabs so that people can tear a tab and take the number with them. use a colorful type ofcard stockk paper and add some fun clip art photos around the flyer such as kids toys, someone walking with a child, a baby in a high chair etc...

Very interesting and well thought out. My thoughts...we already have federal agencies and state depts. of education to enforce standards. How will your bureaus differ? Where will the money come from to fund building schools, technology and the curriculum you outline? What is the realistic student body count in cities of 200K if there are only 4 grade/junior/high schools? What will the per school student/teacher ratio be and how will that affect instruction? Why only fund and educate autistic children? What about other disabilities and illnesses that affect children? Are you offering incentives to everyone who has earned a college degree? Will I get a tax rebate since my UG degree was earned 30 years ago? Your rebates don't cover the full cost of many tuition rates. How did you determine each amount? Will the rebates go back to the student or directly to loan providers? What about folks who don't own property? Is there a tax incentive somewhere for them?

It is evident you have put great thought into your proposal. Here's an additional question to ponder...What do you think about only assessing school taxes on people who have children, so that the childless are exempt?
