Check your yellow pages, and go to websites of local colleges. Their catalogs should list the degrees and requirements, at least. Then call advisers for the relevant programs.
I was a program director for a long time. But be warned, you will be asked to define more precisely what it is you want to do, what populations you want to serve, for example, in what kind of setting.The fields are not as generic as you suppose.
In the meantime, it wouldn't hurt to take the basic requirements of all degrees: English, Math, etc. There are various career exploration tools available that might help. These are often part of Freshman orientation.
