I'm in this program as well. There's really nothing to worry about. They pay for all your tuiton and books (for me they even pay for gas I need to drive to school) and could probably help you find a job too. It's not something you really need to go out of your way for, except for appointments you might make. I don't think there were any startup fees. You'd have to ask about that, though it's probably free.
