You confuse me too. You state single pole, double throw switch (single pole 2 way, and I can't see what the 2nd. way would be connected to), but then say "single 3- way switch".
What do you mean by "20 circuit panel"? Is that the current that can be drawn max, when these 3 appliances are connnected, or is it that the 3 outlets are only 20A max each?
So all I can read into it is that the 3 outlets are switched via a 3- way switch such that only one can operate at any one time. If the max. current that can be drawn in the circuit is 20A, the "second circuit" would simply be shown as 2 wires terminating in arrows, and marked something like "To 2nd. circuit. Max 80 amps" or something similar.
The GFCI would break the active, if ground current occurs in the earth circuit of any of the 3 outlets.
