Beatrice Said:

Medical High School... Am I In Over My Head?

We Answered:

The perfect college major for you: Clinical Laboratory Science (also known as Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology). Some other neat majors that would be ideal include Cytotechnology, as well as Histotechnology. The best part about those majors is that, assuming you graduate from a university with an accredited program, you are eligible to take a licensure exam upon graduation. This will enable you to get licensed, which means a credential of licensure next to your name (like an RN or MD). You then will be able to gain employment working in a laboratory. And then you would be able to pursue a Master's and/or a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in any (presumably scientific) field you wish.

Pursuing a bachelor's of chemistry or biology is pointless, for after you graduate, you are not really able to take a licensure exam and gain a credential of licensure, which means when it comes time to apply for employment, you are one of a million recent undergraduates looking for a job.

Should I continue with AFJROTC or replace it with an aircraft operations class for the USAF Academy?

We Answered:

PPL means NOTHING for admittance into the Academy

They teach you everything you need to know about flying the right way, their way
