I would say if your long term goal is to be an RN, then that is the goal that you should pursue. You will find your options as an LPN are quite limited. In my community, you would find it difficult to find employment in acute care as an LPN.

ok. i cant help you with the music information. but i also want to go to school for register nurse. so what you need to know is first, there are two ways to become a Register Nurse (RN).
the first is to go to college for like 2-4 years then transfer to a university for RN which is about 2 years. that equals. about 5-6years in total
number 2, you can go to a vocational college which takes about 1-2 years, take your license exam. which you can work as a LVN then move up to RN. or you can go right away to becoming a RN which takes 2 years. and in total it would be 4 years/
but the good thing is you can take a break and work as a LVN/
but i recommend you dont so you wond waste your time
so as you can see the 4 year is a little bit faster and its all the same as long as you make sure you go to schools that are accredited.
im going to schoool for VN and im 19 so dont waste your time
. and befire you decide completely make sure this is what you want to do (RN) because is not a piece of cake but it is really good money,

Nursing has many different levels from LPN to Registered Nurses./
