Sue Said:

How long is the Vocational Nursing program at Kaplan College?

We Answered:

Investigate whether a Kaplan degree will accepted by potential employers in your area. The school does not have a good reputation.

Also investigate wheter Kaplan credits (or any LVN credits) will be accepted by RN programs.

Nellie Said:

Nursing vocational school lied about courses. What can I do?

We Answered:

You need to contact a lawyer and let them know what happened and see what he or she has to say about it. If you are savvy enough, prepare a letter DEMANDING reimbursement for the money you have paid to them already. If they do not reimburse you, talk to your lawyer and sue them for the money.

You also need to look into a different school. In many cases, taking the shortcut isn't always the best way to do things. Best of luck.

Andrea Said:

how much do vocational nursing school cost ?

We Answered:

It normally varies from place to place. However, the cheapest place most times is the local community college, and the most expensive place is a private university. The best place to lessen the cost is through the FAFSA form. I will include a few other places which should help lower the cost.

Peggy Said:

Do you recomend Vocational Joint school to take nursing?

We Answered:

If there is a vocational or technical school that offers a two or three year RN program, it would be well worth your time and effort.

Once lincensed as an RN your as "sellable" as any RN . Meanwhile, most employers will pay for further training for your BSN.

Good luck.
