I don't know those schools specifically, but a vocational school can be okay, if it's appropriately accredited so that when he graduated, he can work in the field. But you do want to check into that. I'll give a couple of links with info, below.

He should also check to see about the nursing programs at his local community college, because those are reputable, and they will be far, far less expensive than a vocational school.

Lastly, he shouldn't forget any specialty nursing schools in your area - many are attached to teaching hospitals. It's another option.
