Tricky question... They have to be level 100 or better college credits, meaning they have to be credits that are in a degree program. For example, if you have 15 college credits, but they are all in classes like basket weaving, or art appreciation, then those won't work.

Find out if your degree is accredited first of all, then find out if the courses are all at least level 100... i.e. English comp 101 and so on. Remedial classes, like Intro to Mathematics aren't going to work for military credit.

hmm... to be honest, mahirap pumasok sa isang school na nagsasabi lang na me approval sila ng TESDA at CHED... they make their own syllabus, and sometimes, hindi naman nasusunod ang syllabus.
maybe sa TESDA ka na lang mismo mag-aral. Doon am pretty sure sumusunod sa syllabus.
