I would ask the Admissions department at the OT schools that you're interested in attending. Perhaps they can tell you the average GPA that tends to get accepted into the OT program. Most jobs for OTs are probably in a nursing home setting.

If you haven't already, please also observe in other departments to which an OT may work including physical rehabilitation hospital working with patients who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal cord injury/paralysis, stroke ("brain attack") which is a type of brain injury, other neurological disorders, hip/shoulder/knee replacement, amputated limb, hip fracture or such - pediatric hospital - nursing home/long-term care facility.
