Well that depends upon the company you are going for as that may consider one more than the other. Some they may consider that learning online is better and some would think that hand's on training is the best. It also depends upon the job profile that you are applying for. If it asks for more online than they will prefer online if it requires more of clerical work than traditional would be better. One more criteria that should be considered is the physic of the employer. Weather it prefer one of the two type of education.

Not everyone can learn by taking online courses--so there will still be a need for the traditional "sage on the stage."

ROFL! Employers have been known to toss any job application listing a Kaplan degree directly into the trash.

Kaplan was named today as one of the for-profit universities charged by the federal government with abusive enrollment practices.
