I did a search on www.stuvu.com and came up with 370 schools in the Lubbock area that have Education as a major, it didn't break it down to Early Childhood Education... but it's a place to start your search.

Stuvu.com has student reviews on the schools so you'll get their perspective on the school itself. Stuvu also covers 4yr, 2yr, vocational and online schools.

There's a page that lists the costs for each school so you know what you're getting yourself into.
